We are currently seeking a Senior Sous Chef that will be working within a stunning hotel in South Devon and alongside it's respected and well known Exec Chef who is looking for a talented and passionate Senior Sous Chef from a fine dining and Rosette background to be part of a journey taking the hotel to 3 Rosette over the next 3 to 4 years. The position also offer progression to a Head Chef Position over the next year or 2 as the site expands. The Senior Sous Chef will have full creative freedom, working alongside the Exec Head and will allow you to express your skills and passion for cooking, ingredients and presentation.
