ROLE: Domiciliary Care Worker
LOCATION: Nuneaton
RATE OF PAY: Domiciliary Carer Assistant - £12.22 per hour / Senior Domiciliary Care Assistant - £13.00 per hour
WORK PATTERN: Various shifts between 7am and 10pm
DURATION: Temp ongoing guaranteed hours

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and experienced DOMICILIARY CARE WORKER to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. The successful candidate will support service users to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
• Assist with medication in line with care plans and training
• Support with meal preparation and light household tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Promote independence and wellbeing
• Accurately complete care records and report any concerns
• Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and company policies

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship or visa transfer
• Previous care assistant experience is required
• Driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Strong understanding of care needs, confidentiality and safeguarding.
