Credit Control Team Leader

Search are currently recruiting for a Credit Control Team Leader to join a business based in Halifax!

Job Duties:

• Ensure aged debt is kept to a minimum at all times
• Create a plan alongside management to ensure cash collection targets are met
• Liaising with stakeholders across the business
• Ensure all ledgers within the team are allocated with a Credit Controller
• All issues that are escalated and dealt with effectively
• Ensure the team are using automated processes for effective cash collection
• Ensure legal processes are followed
• Support with implementation of new systems

Successful candidate will possess:

• Previous experience within leadership
• Microsoft proficient
• Excellent communication skills
• Working to timed deadlines
• Experience of working within a busy office environment
