Search are currently recruiting for a Credit Control Team Leader to join a business based in Halifax!
Job Duties:
- Ensure aged debt is kept to a minimum at all times
- Create a plan alongside management to ensure cash collection targets are met
- Liaising with stakeholders across the business
- Ensure all ledgers within the team are allocated with a Credit Controller
- All issues that are escalated and dealt with effectively
- Ensure the team are using automated processes for effective cash collection
- Ensure legal processes are followed
- Support with implementation of new systems
Successful candidate will possess:
- Previous experience within leadership
- Microsoft proficient
- Excellent communication skills
- Working to timed deadlines
- Experience of working within a busy office environment
