What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children, ideally with SEN
- A genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of children with additional needs
- Confidence and adaptability to work with a range of SEN needs across different age groups
- Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
