If you re AAT Level 4 (or above) and want reduced hours without being parked in a corner doing only VAT returns forever, this could be a great match. You ll join a friendly, close-knit team where your experience is valued whether you ve worked in practice or industry.

• Up to 21 hours per week (part-time)
• Salary up to £42,000 DOE (pro rata)
• Hybrid working potential
• Variety: accounts, VAT, payroll, client support (no two days the same)
• Supportive team environment not corporate, not cold
• Lovely location near Alcester
• A role where you ll genuinely make an impact with clients

• Prepare/review accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
• VAT returns, corporation tax computations and submissions
• Payroll and related reporting
• Speak with clients and provide practical, straight-talking advice
• Maintain accurate records using Xero
• Liaise with HMRC and Companies House
• Keep up to date with tax rules and compliance

Essential:

• AAT Level 4 (or higher)
• 3+ years accounting experience (practice or industry)
• Solid UK accounting/tax knowledge
• Great attention to detail + confident communication

Ideal (but not essential):

• Xero experience or certification
