Site Project Manager Lead Construction Specialist

Required Skills:

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, ideally within the energy or regulated industrial sector
• Strong understanding of construction processes, regulatory standards, and legislative requirements
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple interfaces and subcontractors
• Robust knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, with a track record of maintaining compliance
• Exceptional communication skills for effective reporting, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory interactions
• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to evolving project demands

You will have the following qualifications & experience:

• Experience working on nuclear or highly regulated industrial projects
• Familiarity with construction management software and reporting tools
• Previous involvement in site infrastructure development
• Certifications in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) or project management (e.g., PMP)
• NEC Contracts
• Ideally, candidates will have CCNSG certification

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Relevant degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a site-based project management role, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
