  • £35.00 per hour (Saturday)
  • £40.00 per hour (Sunday)

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Working Supervisor for a short-term weekend assignment on a residential house build in Chertsey. This role is focused on overseeing and assisting with site clear-up works, ensuring the site is left safe, clean, and well-organised. The successful candidate will be hands-on while supervising operatives and maintaining site standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervising operatives carrying out site clear-up and final tidy works
• Coordinating labour to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Overseeing general site housekeeping and waste removal
• Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations
• Assisting with physical clear-up tasks where required
• Reporting progress and any issues to site management

Requirements

• Valid SSSTS qualification
• Valid CSCS card
• Previous experience supervising residential construction sites
• Ability to work in a hands-on supervisory role
• Must be able to drive to Chertsey, as public transport access is limited
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full weekend
