Location: Wolverhampton
Hourly Rate: 18.85

What You'll Do:

• Take strategic responsibility for all marketing and communications for the organisation, guiding the creative direction and tone.
• Collaborate with local authorities to manage effective internal and external communications.
• Provide PR support to enhance the reputation of the organisation and its partners.
• Develop and deliver an evidence-based marketing strategy that resonates with targeted audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging marketing campaigns and materials, including presentations and internet applications.
• analyse performance data to refine marketing strategies and ensure budget efficiency.
• utilise market segmentation techniques to tailor messaging and maximise outreach.
• Create compelling content for various media channels and manage the organisation's brand.
• Coordinate information events for prospective adopters and manage the customer database.
• Engage with communities to support targeted recruitment efforts and foster relationships.

What We're Looking For:

• A Marketing Degree and at least 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, social media, video production, and customer database management.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and customer insights.
• Creative flair for content development and an eye for detail in brand management.
• Ability to manage budgets and comply with relevant legislation and policies.
