Nursery: Bright Horizons Epping Day Nursery and Preschool

Salary: Starting from £27,310.40 (Level 2) - £28,392 (Level 3) per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

Location: Epping

Hours: Full Time

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Epping Day Nursery based within Essex, in the grounds of the St Margaret’s Hospital.

Our 92 place nursery is proudly rated as “Good” by Ofsted, and offers excellent facilities, as well as being a recognised Forest School and intergenerational sessions. We also has great transport links, having parking onsite, regular bus drops to the Hospital, and being walking distance from Epping Station on the Central Line.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What we’re looking for

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification

  • Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments

  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection

  • Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
