We are seeking a Facilities Systems Manager to lead and manage the systems supporting our Building Engineering Maintenance team. You will be responsible for maintaining the CAFM system, managing asset data, overseeing system upgrades, and ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain CAFM and other facilities management systems.
  • Oversee asset management processes and electronic records.
  • Provide training and support to staff on system modules including maintenance programmes, help desk, service contracts, and asbestos management.
  • Ensure accurate data capture, reporting, and compliance with statutory and organisational requirements.
  • Lead projects, develop departmental procedures, and manage staff performance.
  • Support business planning and strategy for facilities management operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing CAFM or similar facilities management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Project management experience in a facilities or estates environment.
  • Proven leadership and staff management skills.
