Our ERP services, covering strategy, implementation and innovation, help clients deliver true value and achieve their transformation agenda.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP MDG & Data Transformation Lead . This role is ideal for a consulting professional who combines deep understanding of master data and data transformation with strong advisory, stakeholder management, and program delivery capabilities.

You will work closely with business leaders, transformation executives, and program stakeholders to define and execute enterprise-wide data strategies that support complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. As a trusted advisor, you will help clients establish robust data governance frameworks, improve data quality, and enable successful business transformation outcomes

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Data Governance, Master Data, and Data Migration workstreams within large-scale SAP transformation programs.

• Advise clients on data strategy, governance operating models, and organizational readiness for SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Drive executive-level discussions around data ownership, stewardship, governance, and business accountability.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders to define future-state data processes and governance structures.
• Develop data roadmaps and transformation strategies aligned with broader business objectives.
• Partner with client leadership teams to improve data quality, standardization, and governance across key business domains.
• Identify data-related risks, dependencies, and remediation plans throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Support client pursuits, proposal development, solution shaping, and pre-sales activities.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience delivering SAP-enabled transformation programs within a consulting environment.

• Strong experience leading Data Governance, Master Data Management, and Data Migration initiatives for large enterprises.
• Demonstrated success delivering SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders including Data Leads, Program Directors, Transformation Leads, and C-suite executives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data principles, governance frameworks, and business process transformation.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, build stakeholder alignment, and drive decision-making across complex organizations.
• Experience operating in client-facing consulting roles within a major consulting firm, boutique consultancy, or system integrator.

Preferred Experience

• SAP S/4HANA transformation experience.

• SAP MDG program delivery experience.
• Experience defining enterprise-wide data governance and operating models.
• Exposure to global transformation programs across multiple regions and business units.
• Experience supporting business development and account growth activities.
• Background within a leading consulting firm, Big 4, or SAP-focused consultancy.
