The Role:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across production machinery.
• Responding to breakdowns and diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults.
• Supporting continuous improvement projects to increase reliability and efficiency.
• Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime and improve performance.
• Assisting with machinery installations, upgrades, and commissioning activities.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records using a CMMS system.
• 
  What we are looking for:

• Proven Experience as a Maintenance Engineer within FMCG, food, beverage, packaging, pharmaceutical, or high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
• Experience working on a range of production equipment.
• Recognised engineering qualification such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, HNC, HND, or Apprenticeship.
• A proactive attitude with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
