Position: Mailroom Operative
Contract Type: Temporary until March 27
Location: BA Waterside, Heathrow UB7 0GA
Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £13 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
As a Mailroom Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient mail and package management. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- To provide full mail and distribution service to clients, including delivery of internal/external mail, incoming and outgoing couriers and achieving requests
- Processing/logging jobs
- Booking outgoing couriers
- Processing mail requests
- Controlling and ordering of courier consumables
- Support with driving and mail delivery as appropriate
- Adhere to all xerox policies
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Previous experience in a similar role or general clerical support is desirable.
- Strong IT literacy to navigate company tracking systems with ease.
- Excellent customer service skills to engage with team members and clients effectively.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
