As a Supply Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Teaching across the primary age range, from EYFS to Year 6.
• Following lesson plans and adapting teaching to meet pupils' needs.
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Differentiating lessons to support pupils of varying abilities.
• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff.
• Maintaining a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Quickly adapting to different school settings, routines and expectations.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have previous experience teaching within a UK primary school.
• Be confident teaching across the primary age range.
• Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Have excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum.
• Be adaptable, reliable and proactive.
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Be passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
• Be available for an immediate start.
