Production Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our client's team in Milton Keynes.

This role operates on a rotating shift pattern, and candidates must be available to work both of the following shifts:

• 5:30am to 1:30pm
• 1:00pm to 9:00pm

This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent after 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and inspect customer parts.
• Prepare components for surface coating.
• Load batches safely for the coating process.
• Identify and report any damage or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Store components and documentation safely and securely.
• Comply with all health and safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Careful handling of materials and products.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good IT skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable and dependable with a positive attitude.
