• Assist skilled trade staff with a variety of essential maintenance and repair tasks across the local area.
• Perform clearing work on void properties to ensure they are ready for new occupancy.
• Carry out external repairs to maintain the standards of local authority assets.
• Utilize a company-provided vehicle to conduct internal material runs between depots.
• Collaborate effectively with the wider maintenance team to ensure project timelines are met.

• Driving License:Must hold a valid, clean driving license.
• Vehicle Competency:You must be fully competent and confident in driving a flat-bed van.
• PPE:You are required to provide and wear your own full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Professionalism:A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.
• Note: As this is not a building site environment, a CSCS card is not required for this position.

• Consistent Schedule:Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours per week).
• Stability:Work with a large, established maintenance contractor serving the local authority.
• Logistics Support:Company vehicle provided for your daily material transport duties.
• Location:Based in Lymington, serving the local area.

You will be working on behalf of a large, reputable maintenance contractor in partnership with the local authority.
