This Branch Manager role in Bedlington is a key leadership opportunity within one of the UK's most successful estate agency groups.
Located in the heart of one of Northumberland's most sought-after village locations, our Bedlington branch enjoys a prime high street position and is proud to be the area's number one estate agency for market share. With a strong local reputation, loyal client base and a close-knit, supportive team, this is an exciting opportunity to lead a successful office with significant presence in the local market.
OTE: £35,000 - £50,000 Uncapped Commission
Responsibilities of the role
As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance and growth of our Bedlington residential sales team. You will lead from the front by motivating, coaching and developing a high-performing team, driving results and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Working alongside a dedicated and established team, you will take an active role in valuing and listing properties, building strong local relationships and further strengthening the branch's position as the market-leading agent in the area. This is a hands-on leadership role with clear career pathways and long-term opportunities.
What We're Looking For
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role within estate agency
• A strong people leader with a passion for coaching and development
• A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Customer-focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
• Numerate, detail-focused and results-driven
• Full UK driving licence
