Assembly Operative

Role: Assembly Operator
Location: Ystrad Mynach
Hours: Monday to Thursday only (4-day week)

• First 4 weeks (training, afternoons): 3:00PM 12:00AM
• Ongoing (mornings): 5:30AM 3:00PM

Pay: £16.23 per hour on afternoons, £13.09 per hour on mornings

We re recruiting Assembly Operators to join a well-established manufacturer in Ystrad Mynach. If you have production or assembly experience and want a 4-day week with long weekends every week, this is for you.

The Role:

• Work on a fast-paced assembly line to meet production requirements
• Use hand tools safely and effectively
• Keep a high level of attention to detail when assembling products
• Hit daily production targets set by supervisors
• Work as part of a team, keep your area clean and follow all health and safety policies

The Requirements:

• Previous assembly or production experience (essential)
• Confident using hand tools (essential)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, team-oriented attitude
• Able to commute reliably to Ystrad Mynach
