Accounts Manager - Multi-Site Independent Accountancy Practice - 50,000 to 70,000 per annum base
Location - East London
Qualifications required - ACA/ ACCA or CTA Qualified
About the Business/ Client
This client is an independent Accountancy Practice which was established 10 years ago, has 5x office locations in and around the London area and has grown to over 50 employees. Focusing purely on providing Accounting, Tax, Outsourced Finance and Financial Advisory services to a portfolio of clients across London.
Role Responsibilities
This client is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager/ Client Manager to manage a portfolio of 120 clients providing services across Year End Statutory Accounts Prep, both personal tax and corporate tax returns & queries and overseeing junior team members completing bookkeeping and management accounting on behalf of the clients.
Also included in this vacancy is financial advisory across cashflow forecasting, advising on financial performance and providing each client with support across any growth plans they are looking to achieve.
What we are looking for:
- MUST be ACA/ ACCA or CTA Qualified
- Between 5 to 10 years' experience in an Accountancy Practice environment
- Experienced in managing a client portfolio of at least 100 clients
- Proven experience of reviewing junior team member's work
- Background experience in preparing statutory accounts under FRS 102 & FRS 105
- Experience across both Corporate Tax, Personal Tax and Tax planning
What is on offer:
- Base salary between 50,000 to 70,000 per annum
