Veritas Education are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Unqualified Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Carlisle and the surrounding areas.

This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, sports coaches, youth workers, teaching assistants, and anyone with experience working with young people who is looking to build a career in education.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise classes during teacher absences
• Deliver pre-set lessons and learning activities
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Keep students engaged and focused on their work
• Support a positive learning environment

• Confident and professional individuals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong classroom presence and behaviour management ability
• Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
• Flexible, reliable, and motivated attitude
