The Mental Health Foundation is recruiting for a Marketing & Brand Officer to support our team for a short term 6-month contract.

Salary: Starting salary £32,604, plus London weighting of £4,000
Hours: Full-time (32 hours per week)
Contract type: This is a fixed term role for 6 months (starting as soon as possible)

We're looking for a talented Marketing & Brand Officer to join us on a fixed-term basis, providing additional capacity and support to our busy team. Working collaboratively across the organisation and with external partners, you'll help shape and deliver engaging marketing and brand activity across a variety of channels. You'll support campaigns that raise awareness, drive fundraising and encourage audience engagement, while ensuring our brand is represented consistently and effectively in everything we do. This is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact, contributing to a programme of high-quality marketing activity that supports our organisational goals and helps connect more people with our work.

What skills, knowledge and experience are we looking for?

  • Understanding of digital marketing activity including paid social and PPC.
  • Proven organisational and time-management skills with the ability to independently manage and prioritise multiple projects to a high standard.
  • Experience using Canva and Mailchimp.

We are currently operating mostly digital recruitment (including interviews via video conferencing). We have moved to a hybrid working model of a minimum of 2 days per week in the office and the rest working from home.
