Salary: £25,583 - £25,989 FTE Actual Salary: £20,814 - £21,521 pro rata per annum
Vacancy Type: Fixed Term to 31 August 2027, 35 hours a week Term Time plus 1 week

We re looking for a committed and compassionate Sixth Form Academic Support Assistant to join our support staff team at Fakenham Academy as soon as possible.
Previous experience of working with young people, or in an educational environment, is desirable. Consideration will be given to applicants who are considering a career in education and wish to gain experience. About the Role
As a Sixth Form Academic Support Assistant, you will work with specific students across Fakenham Sixth Form who have a range of special educational needs and disabilities and are classed as having high needs. You will help the students access A level and BTEC Level 3 learning in the classroom and support them academically during study periods, provide tailored support, and promote independence and confidence.
