Support worker

Job Description

We're looking for caring, reliable Support Workers to join Oakmere Cottage, a supported living home for 6 adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. You'll provide person-centred support with daily living, help people build independence, take part in activities and the community, and keep accurate records while working closely with the team.

What we're looking for

  • A caring, patient and respectful approach.
  • Good communication skills and a good standard of English.
  • Reliability and flexibility, including weekends.
  • CPI training is essential (non-negotiable).
  • Experience supporting people with learning disabilities or autism is preferred. Full induction provided.
