We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience in a similar role or with individuals with disabilities (desirable)
- Is confident working with challenging behaviour
- Can provide 1:1 or 2:1 support tailored to individual needs
- Demonstrates strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Is proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic
- Is committed to inclusion and continuous learning
