About the role
Môrwell Talent Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a values-based charity in the Vale of Glamorgan who are searching for an experienced Interim Finance & Resources Manager to provide leadership, continuity and stability across finance and business support during a period of organisational review and internal restructuring.
This is a 6-month fixed-term interim position, with the possibility that the role may become permanent following the organisation's restructuring process. However, this is not guaranteed, and any future permanent opportunities will be subject to the outcome of the restructure.
Working as part of the Leadership Team and reporting to the Chief Executive, you will oversee financial management, reporting, controls and compliance, alongside business support, routine HR administration, facilities and office operations.
The organisation is a values-led charity providing specialist support to women and children affected by violence against women, domestic abuse and/or sexual violence. The successful candidate will therefore be expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to the organisation's values, mission and the people it supports.
