Senior Site Manager North Scotland

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to take responsibility for the successful delivery of major linear civil engineering works across North Scotland.
The position will support the construction of critical energy infrastructure, forming part of major onshore cable route projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating site delivery, managing multiple work fronts and ensuring construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards.
The organisation is involved in the delivery of some of Europe s most technically demanding energy infrastructure projects, contributing to the development of a more secure and sustainable electricity network through large-scale high-voltage transmission systems.
The Role
You will take a lead role in the day-to-day management of site operations, overseeing works from initial mobilisation through to completion.
Working across extensive cable route corridors, you will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams while maintaining close communication with the client and wider project stakeholders.

We are looking for an established Site Manager, Senior Agent or similar civil engineering professional with a strong background in major infrastructure projects.
Candidates currently working in a Senior Agent or Junior Project Manager position will also be considered where they can demonstrate the required level of site-based civil engineering experience.
