At Shaftesbury John Grooms Court, we're looking for an ambitious and compassionate Deputy Manager to help lead our service and make a lasting difference to the lives of people with physical and intellectual disabilities.
We're seeking a candidate who holds a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, ( or willing to work towards this) with the leadership skills, experience and passion to deliver exceptional person-centred support.
Please note: This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship, as it does not meet the Home Office salary requirements.

As Deputy Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care, quality and compliance across the service.
Working alongside the management team, you'll provide leadership, guidance and support to colleagues while helping to shape and continuously improve service delivery.
