As we continue to invest in our people, technology and operating platform, we're looking for an experienced and delivery-focused Transformation Manager (12-month fixed-term contract) to help drive the successful integration of newly acquired businesses onto our Workday platform.
As a UK Top 30 accounting and advisory firm, we have ambitious plans to grow from a £60m business to a £200m+ firm through a combination of strong organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Supported by private equity investment and underpinned by a recently implemented Workday ERP platform, we're continuing to invest in the people, processes and technology that will enable our next chapter of growth.
Working closely with our COO, M&A Integration Director, Workday Platform Director and senior business leaders, you'll lead the successful integration of newly acquired businesses onto our Workday platform, helping to bring people, processes, systems and data into a scalable operating model.
This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic programmes, work with senior stakeholders across the business and play a direct role in shaping the firm's future growth and integration success.
