Responsibilities and duties of the Field Service Engineer role
Within the role you will:
We are looking for someone with the following:
Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship (preferred)
NVQ or higher qualification in an engineering discipline (preferred)
Proven experience working on large CNC and manual milling machinery
Strong mechanical fitting and machine tool fault diagnosis skills
Experience with machine tool alignment and precision engineering techniques
Ability to read and interpret mechanical assembly drawings, hydraulic schematics, and electrical diagrams
Basic electrical and hydraulic fault-finding knowledge
Good computing skills including Microsoft Office
Full UK driving licence (clean preferred)
