Robert Half are recruiting a Finance Analyst for a Portsmouth based client on a temporary basis.
We are looking for an individual with strong accounting and finance expertise who can develop a comprehensive suite of finance and finance/HR reporting tools, dashboards, forecasting models and board-level reporting.
Key responsibilities
Design and develop finance dashboards and reports with meaningful KPIs and benchmarks, providing management with clear visibility of organisational performance.
Build and implement an automated monthly payroll journal process from Sage Payroll into AccountsIQ, ensuring a consistent and efficient month-end process.
Develop integrated HR and finance reporting, including absence and sickness metrics alongside payroll and cost data, to support informed decision-making.
Design forecasting templates and reporting mechanisms that can be used by both the finance team and budget holders across the organisation.
Create professional Board and Finance Committee reporting templates, together with a concise monthly update for wider business use.
Automate reporting and data processes wherever practical whilst ensuring systems remain straightforward for the finance team to maintain and use.
