Fundraising Officer (Trusts & Grants)

Unseen is working towards a world without slavery. We provide safehouses and support in the community for survivors of trafficking and modern slavery. We also run the Modern Slavery & Exploitation Helpline and work with individuals, communities, businesses, governments, other charities, and statutory agencies to stamp out slavery for good.

• Salary: £18,182.98 per annum (Full-Time Equivalent of £28,410.90). We are an accredited member of the Living Wage Foundation.
• Location: Unseen's head office in Bristol (Hybrid approach with some working from home days. A degree of flexibility will be required).
• Contract type: Permanent, Part-Time (24 hours per week). Monday - Friday.

Purpose of the role:

This role is designed for an experienced fundraiser with a proven track record of securing sustainable income across a range of funding streams.

The Fundraising Officer (Trusts and Grants, 0.6 FTE) will play a key role in researching, securing and managing multi-year funding income from trusts, foundations and statutory sources, resourcing Unseen's important work to end modern slavery.

The Fundraising Officer will work closely with the Fundraising and Comms Team including the existing Fundraising Officer (Trusts and Grants) and report to the Grants Manager.

This role requires regular presence at Unseen's Head Office in central Bristol.
