Empowering Learning are currently recruiting for a PE Teacher to join a secondary school in Tamworth for a two-week temporary placement.
The school is looking for a qualified PE Teacher who can commit to the full duration of the role, from 12th to 26th October 2026.
The Role
- Teaching PE across the secondary age range
- Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons
- Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and learning
- Supporting students to make progress and participate positively
- Working effectively alongside the school's existing staff
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds QTS
- Has experience teaching PE within a secondary school
- Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Can commit to the full two-week placement
- Is reliable, enthusiastic and able to build positive relationships with students
