We're currently recruiting Male Support Workers in Haverfordwest to support a gentleman living with an acquired brain injury (ABI) in his own home. If you're compassionate, reliable, and enjoy helping others live independently and confidently, we'd love to hear from you. No two days are the same, but every shift is an opportunity to make a positive impact. Whether it's offering reassurance during the night, sharing a conversation, or supporting daily routines, your support will help create comfort, confidence, and independence at home.

We are recruiting Male Support Worker due to a genuine occupational requirement of the persons we support therefore this role is exempt from the Equality Act 2010 Part Schedule 9. Please confirm your gender at birth.

Requirements

• About You:
• We're searching for people who lead with kindness and genuinely care about making someone's day better.
• You'll ideally have:
• NVQ level 2 or 3 in health and social care (if have a NVQ 2 must be willing to complete level 3 with us once passed probation)
• A caring, patient, and dependable nature
• Great communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for person-centred care
• Respect for client choice, dignity, and independence
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work professionally within a supportive team
• Experience in care is beneficial, but having the right attitude and values is just as important.
