About This Role
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to support a sociable and active young girl with complex care needs.
She enjoys attending school, spending time with family and friends, visiting the park, travelling on public transport, hydrotherapy sessions, and arts and crafts.
As she is non-verbal, she communicates through sounds and individual cues, so patience and attentiveness are essential.
As part of her care team, you will provide person-centred clinical and personal care, support her at school and within the community, complete observations, and assist with moving and handling.
You will play an important role in promoting her independence and ensuring she remains safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the day.

Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting children or young people with complex clinical needs is essential.
The specific clinical competencies required for our client are:
Epilepsy
Non-Invasive Ventilation
Above all with Children
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
Have the right to work in the UK.
Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.
Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
Experience working with Children, with Epilepsy and Non-Invasive Ventilation
Full COVID-19 vaccination
