Our client, a prominent player in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Insights Analyst to drive impactful strategies within the diagnostics sector in the UK & Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity for an analytical professional who thrives on transforming data into actionable insights that influence decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience Strategy:

• Support the creation and execution of the UK & Ireland Customer Experience (Cx) Strategy.
• Collaborate with the Global Cx team to manage annual Customer Relationship Research and Competitor Benchmarking surveys.
• Innovate ways to visualise customer feedback, amplifying the voice of the customer across the organisation.

Market Data & Business Planning:

• Deliver robust Market Size & Share reporting, highlighting emerging trends at both market and product levels.
• Conduct comprehensive market research (quantitative and qualitative) to uncover specific insights.
• Partner with marketing plan Work Package owners to design data-driven and targeted marketing campaigns.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in a data analytics or marketing insight type roles.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Agile learner with an analytical and questioning mindset.
• Data Analytical tools experience is essential.
• Tableau or Alteryx experience

Desired Knowledge:

• Familiarity with healthcare data projects.
• Background in designing and implementing Customer Experience Metrics.
• Involvement in market research projects, both quantitative and qualitative.
