Our client, a leading organisation within the Safeguarding and Quality Assurance sector, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong organisational skills and a passion for supporting service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diary and Inbox Management: Efficiently manage schedules and correspondence to ensure smooth operations.
• Minute Taking: Accurately document meetings to facilitate effective communication.
• Data Gathering: Collect and analyse information to support decision-making processes.
• Staffing and Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, ensuring the right talent is on boarded.
• Induction Packs/Process: Develop and manage induction materials for new staff.
• Policies and Procedures: Maintain and update organisational resources to ensure compliance.
• Workshop Management: Plan and coordinate workshops to enhance service delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The perfect candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail. Experience in diary and inbox management, minute-taking, and familiarity with staffing and recruitment processes will be essential for success in this role. Preferably with safeguarding experience
