About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to individuals who may have a range of support needs. Your role will vary depending on the service, but may include:
Providing practical, emotional and social support to service users.
Supporting individuals with daily living activities and promoting independence.
Developing positive and respectful relationships with the people you support.
Supporting individuals to access community activities, appointments and social opportunities.
Following individual support plans and maintaining accurate records.
Working alongside colleagues and other professionals to provide high-quality support.
Promoting dignity, choice, inclusion and independence at all times.
Following safeguarding, health and safety and organisational policies.
What We're Looking For
You must have previous experience working as a Support Worker or within a care setting.
We are looking for candidates who are:

Reliable and committed to providing high-quality support.
Confident working both independently and as part of a team.
Respectful of individual choices, dignity and confidentiality.
Able to communicate effectively with service users, families and colleagues.
