Shift: 3:00pm-12:00am (Afternoons) Monday - Friday

Pay: 12.92 per hour + 10 shift allowance per shift

Contract: Long-term ongoing (with permanent contracts available)

The Role

As a Production Operative, you'll play a key part in producing door components to exact standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a long-term ongoing opportunity with the chance to secure a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble door components to precise specifications
• Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently
• Work on a fast-paced door production line
• Interpret and follow pick sheets for job orders
• Perform manual handling tasks in line with health & safety guidelines
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and good housekeeping

What We're Looking For

• Experience in production/manufacturing desired
• Ability to work accurately from pick sheets and follow processes
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working to targets
• Good attention to detail and a strong health & safety mindset

What's On Offer

• 12.92/hour + 10 shift allowance per shift
• Stable, long-term ongoing work on a consistent shift: 3pm-midnight
• Training and support within a well-established manufacturing team
• Permanent contracts available based on performance and business needs
