Location: Lincoln (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 12 months+
Hourly Rate: 22.50 - 37.00 depending on PAYE or Umbrella route
Working Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

Our client is seeking a dynamic and skilled Commercial Project Controls Analyst / Manager to join their team in Lincoln. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in the financial and contractual management of engineering projects within the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring financial compliance and cost control.
• Conduct financial reporting and forecasting to support project success.
• Administer contracts and manage commercial risks effectively.
• Engage with stakeholders to maintain alignment with organisational objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Qualifications / Experience Needed:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, CIMA preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate project risks and financial data.
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial management, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in project management tools and financial software.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination and presentation of financial data.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Background in commercial finance, project controls, or related experience within engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing, or energy environments is highly desirable.
