HR & Payroll Administrator

A well-established client of mine is looking to expand their team and bring on a HR & Payroll Administrator. Responsibilities
As a HR & Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for

• Preparing and processing the fornightly payroll runs using Sage Payroll
• Preparing the payroll journals
• Liaising with HMRC over PAYE matters, as well as ensuring legal compliance
• Dealing with new starters DBS and RTW checks, as well as offer letters and contracts of employment
• Drafting induction programmes for new starters and managing the annual appraisal process
• Assist as required with the recruitment of new employees
• Maintan accurate and up-to-date information across both finance and HR databases

Requirements
As a HR & Payroll Administrator, you will need

• Previous experience in a finance or HR position
• Excellent working knowledge of Sage Payroll system
• Good attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
