We're looking for Female Support Workers to join us in Caterham. You'll be part of a small team of 8, supporting 5 lovely ladies with learning disabilities, epilepsy and autism. They're all mad about music and would really appreciate someone with brilliant communication skills. Plus, they're absolute fans of pamper sessions nails, facials, you name it! It'd be ace if you've got some experience working with adults who have learning disabilities and challenging behaviours, but honestly, it's not essential.
