Fire Safety and Compliance Surveyor (12-Month FTC)
Salary: 50,000 per annum plus benefits
Location: London, occasional travel to Surrey, Berkshire, and Hampshire

Join a leading organisation committed to elevating fire safety standards across residential properties. As a Fire Safety and Compliance Surveyor, you will play a vital role in safeguarding buildings and residents through effective inspections and timely remediation.

What You'll Do

• Carry out fire door inspections and oversee replacements and remedial actions.
• Act swiftly on fire risk assessments to mitigate hazards and safeguard occupants.
• Oversee contractors to ensure work meets required safety standards.
• Maintain meticulous records supporting building safety and compliance.
• Communicate proactively with customers and stakeholders to build trust and deliver safety solutions.

You'll Need

• Strong experience in fire safety inspection, building safety, or housing maintenance.
• Knowledge of fire safety legislation, building regulations, and compartmentation surveying.
• Relevant certifications such as CIOB Level 6 Certificate in Fire Safety or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
