WeDo Social Work is currently recruiting for an experienced SEND Tribunals Case Officer to join a busy SEND service on an interim basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong experience of SEND Tribunal appeals, EHCPs and case management who can confidently manage complex cases, tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
The RoleAs a SEND Tribunals Case Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and progressing SEND Tribunal cases, ensuring that statutory deadlines are met and that children, young people and families receive an effective and timely service.

We're looking for someone who has:
Previous experience managing SEND Tribunal cases or appeals
Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and the EHCP process
Excellent case-management and organisational skills
Experience working to statutory deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to manage sensitive and complex situations professionally
Experience working collaboratively across multiple professional teams
Local authority SEND experience is highly desirable
