Manufacturing Supervisor

Manufacturing Supervisor Required ASAP Gloucester. Immediate Start Available, Up to 30ph.

Role Details:

• Position: Manufacturing Supervisor
• Location: Gloucester, GL4
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
• Pay Rate: 25- 30 per hour

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day production activities, ensuring production targets are achieved, maintaining quality and health & safety standards, leading and developing teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing operation.

We're looking for candidates with:

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
• A continuous improvement mindset
