After School Activity Leader

Job title: Wraparound After School Club Activity Leader

Location: Coulson Way, Burnham, Slough, SL1 7NP

Hours: 8 hours per week,

After School: 3pm-5pm Monday - Thursday

Term time (with the option of working 40 hrs per week overtime during School Holidays)

Pay: Up to 12.71 per hour(dependent on age and experience)

Experience within wraparound childcare services is desired, however not essential as on-the-job training can be provided for an activity leader.

The role of an Wraparound After School Activity Leader:

• Deliver high-quality activities in school.
• Building and maintaining outstanding relationships with parents, schools and colleagues.
• Promote and deliver excellence by following all company and Ofsted standards and expectations in our childcare settings.
• Creating safe and engaging environments for all children across the wraparound setting.
• Encouraging children to explore their interests and create new opportunities through enriching activities in our wraparound.
• Empowering children to boost confidence, social and fundamental skills whilst making a difference in child development.
