• AM Shift: 13.34 per hour
• PM shift: 15.35 per hour
• Night shift: 16.68 per hour

DAY TO DAY:

Whilst on site at Co-op you will be work as part of a team:

• Picking items using a voice activated pick system Operate LLOP (full training provided)
• Maintain and support the wider team to ensure high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety
• Achieve pick rate targets set for the team - 90%
• Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff
• Remain focused under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
• Picking into cages and pallets
• Drug and alcohol test will be conducted during the interview stage and when any incident, near miss or accidents happen
• To be proactive and responsible for Health and Safety onsite to help minimise risks, hazards and incidents.
