Refuge Worker (Asian Language Speaker)

Caritas Futures is recruiting a Refuge Worker to support women and children affected by domestic abuse within a safe accommodation service in Tower Hamlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting survivors of domestic abuse
- Completing risk and needs assessments
- Developing safety and support plans
- Working with partner agencies including police, housing, and social services
- Providing practical and emotional support
Requirements:
- Experience working with vulnerable adults, families, or domestic abuse survivors
- Knowledge of safeguarding and risk assessment
- Asian language skills (Bengali, Sylheti, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, or similar)
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
