Cover Supervisors Required

Tradewind Education is recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to join our team and work across a range of welcoming secondary schools in Doncaster and the surrounding areas for the 2026/27 academic year.

Whether you're looking for day-to-day supply work, short-term placements, or long-term assignments, we have opportunities to suit your availability and career goals.

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom to deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher. You'll ensure students stay engaged, focused, and on task while maintaining a positive learning environment.

No teaching qualification? No problem! If you have experience working with young people and strong classroom management skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Have experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is desirable but not essential)

Are confident communicating with secondary-age students

Can manage classroom behaviour effectively

Are adaptable, organised, and reliable

Have a positive attitude and a willingness to get involved

Hold, or are willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
