Finance Assistant Bristol Hybrid Working £25,000-£27,000

What you'll be doing
You'll sit right at the heart of the firm's Accounts department, getting hands on experience across a huge range of financial processes, including:
- Processing payments from client and office accounts
- Checking and finalising fee earners' invoices
- Billing disbursements accurately and efficiently
- Managing client to office transfers
- Assisting with consultancy fee claims and consultants' invoices
- Reviewing client matter balances and investigating discrepancies
- Promptly clearing residual client account balances
- Supporting month end processes across the department
- Handling queries directly from Partners, Legal Staff and Secretaries
- Helping ensure full compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules
