Pay Rate: - 45,000 - 55,000

What Will You Be Doing?

As a key player in the finance team, you will have the chance to:

• Support Long-Term Forecasting: Assist in the annual budget and Regional Growth Plan to set the stage for our client's financial future.
• Own the Monthly Forecast Process: Manage the business forecast for our client, ensuring accuracy through financial projections, templates, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Evaluate Actuals vs. Forecasts: Provide insightful variance analysis, highlighting risks and opportunities that can drive business decisions.
• Country and Channel Forecasting: Collaborate with Planning and Stores teams to analyse trends and recommend commercial actions for Retail and E-commerce channels.
• Support Strategic Initiatives: Provide data and financial simulations to the Strategy team, aiding in presentations and critical business case analyses.
• Cross-Functional Consultation: Offer guidance on reports, systems, and financial processes to various teams across the organisation.
• Conduct Ad-Hoc Analysis: Deliver timely insights to support operational decision-making.
• Assist with Reporting Requirements: Help with international statutory reporting and quarterly impairment testing, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

What Do You Need to Bring?

• Proven analytical ability and creative problem-solving skills.
• A knack for managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills, able to articulate points of view while navigating ambiguity.
• Interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships at all organisational levels.

• Proficiency in English and strong Excel capabilities; Hyperion experience is a plus.
• Experience in financial analysis, modelling, budgeting, and business planning-retail or FMCG experience is preferred.
• Previous experience within a fashion/beauty/retail.
